Made up of five friends from Ipswich, England, Basement has released two EPs and two full-lengths. In November of 2012, the band disbanded, and guitarist Alex Henery moved to the US to work for Run For Cover Records in Boston, Massachusetts. In early 2014, the band announced a reunion, cryptically at first, but then increasingly explicit. Finally, it was admitted- the band was back and ready to tour. Cloakroom Bobby Markos, Doyle Martin, and Brian Busch. -From Indiana -Cloakroom is a trio of Indiana factory workers whose colossal waves of sound pierce through to the marrow. Fearsome, trembling guitar noise saunters over a foundation of pedal fuzz and roaring distortion. Bass saturdated, massive tones are elevated by forceful beats that allow each track to fluctuate gracefully and intensely. Creative Adult Michael B, James Rogers, Michael Fenton, and Ian Simpson. -From San Francisco, California. -Creative Adult comes from the musically diverse background of the Northern California hardcore/punk scene. Formed with the sole purpose of creating an aggressive and interesting style of punk music, whose influences range from Scratch Acid, to Black Flag & Joy Division. Their debut EP, Dead Air, was released in 2012. Fell To Low Walker, Shaine, John, Travis, and Austin. -From Ojai, California. -Fell To Low was formed in the summer of 2009 when vocalist Travis Farmer met guitarist John Gianelli while working at an ice cream parlor. Bassist Austin Crane and guitarist Caleb Davis rounded out the lineup. Davis later left the group and was promptly replaced by Shaine Scarminach. Walker Delbo joined shortly after responding to an ad placed online by the band, after the previous drummer had broken his arm while jumping over parking meters the night before a talent show. With Delbo on board, the group won the talent show, and later signed a multi 10" record deal with Dog Family Records. Shortly after, Dog Family went backrupt, and various members' complications led to a hiatus. Now, Fell To Low is making their triumphant return on REACT! Records with their 7" EP Sensible Sounds of Men. The shrill guitars of Scarminach and Gianelli clash and spark against each other, the freight train of the Delbo/Crane rhythm section will pulverize, and Farmer's raspy howl will bring Fell To Low's brand of song to the forefront of the current music scene. |
