Formed in 2020, the band has toured throughout the Western U.S., playing festivals such as Hog Farm Hideaway, Oregon Country Fair and Cascade Equinox. They have released three studio albums, plus live albums available on all streaming services. The latest album, “Chantress of Amun” was released in January 2024. The band has gained a reputation for their charismatic live shows with extended multi-genre jams, meaningful songwriting, and entertaining stage antics creating an explosive fusion of bluegrass, funk, reggae and rock. Blü Egyptian has played on bills with national touring acts such as The String Cheese Incident, Goose, The Mother Hips, Dogs in a Pile, Leftover Salmon and Railroad Earth. Since 2021, Blü Egyptian has played 300 shows, establishing themselves as one of the most promising upcoming bands on the festival scene. Their evergrowing fanbase, known as the Blü Crü, continues to pack venues far and wide turning any room into the ultimate dance party. Chill Clinton -from San Francisco, CA -Chill Clinton's sound is an electrifying take on rap/rock showcasing soaring guitar riffs, breakbeat grooves, double-time lyrics and fuzzed-out bass sounds. Combining live instruments, samples, human beatbox and MC vocals, Chill Clinton’s stage act is energetic and innovative with top notch musicianship and a fresh live hip-hop presentation. Founded in 2009 by guitarist, Dan Rabb, Chill Clinton has performed regularly in San Diego including notable support spots for Fishbone, Mickey Avalon, Snow tha Product and Capitol Eye at venues ranging from dive bars to The Belly Up Tavern, The Music Box, The Casbah, Winston's and the House of Blues. Chill Clinton has been featured in the Coachella Valley Weekly, Boogie Magazine and is notably the first band ever interviewed for the "What's Hapnyn San Diego" podcast. Chill Clinton’s early stage act featured live mash-ups of sampled drum loops, a capella raps and live guitar and synthesizers. Circa 2011, the group evolved from turntablism to a full live band format with the addition of Patrick Knightly on drums, and MC, Touch of CAS. In 2016, Chill Clinton shape-shifted once again to integrate established talents, Elkin Zuluaga (Mimi Zulu) on bass and dynamic MC-duo, Burns One and Burns Two (The Brothers Burns) to complete the current 6-piece configuration that is gaining popularity by delivering a sizzling sets of hard rock, funk and old-school hip hop jams.
