Not many can say they have played with three of the coolest bands of all time but Kid Congo can. He’s collaborated with everyone there is to collaborate with and even been immortalised in song by “Suicide’s” Alan Vega. “Kid Congo & the Pink Monkey Birds”, featuring bassist Kiki Solis (Knife in The Water, Rhythm of Black Lines) drummer Ron Miller (Switch Hitter, Up The Academy) and guitarist Mark Cisneros (The Make Up, Medications, Deathfix) have released 4 albums and toured Australia four times playing at Summersalt Festival, Sydney Festival, Darwin Festival, NGV, Blues on Broadbeach, Cherry Rock and River Rocks.
